Important : Exchanges / returns will only be processed if the returned merchandise is unused / unwashed and with all original accessories i.e tags, labels & poly bags etc.

If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product .simply
Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.

You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address.

Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).
please note that this process may take 2-3 working days.

RETURN POLICY:

1. What if I wish to return my product?

If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
send/courier us the product at our Office address (address will be provided at the time of return filed).

Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount.
